Peter Shrier | CEO & Founder

As Founder and CEO, Pete leads Rethinc in strategy, growth, operational oversight and company vision. He cares deeply about the upbeat company culture and providing a safe, productive and gratifying place to work. With nearly two decades clocked in the real estate industry, Pete leverages his experience in advising clients, small to large, in structuring various transactions: commercial leases, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, joint-ventures, restructures and more. As an investor himself, Pete spearheads Rethinc’s development arm and their purposeful portfolio growth. He is actively involved in all facets from entitlements, design, capitalization and construction.

Prior to founding Rethinc Real Estate, Pete spent thirteen years at SSH Real Estate, a large independent firm, where he focused on building a brokerage business and leasing strategy for company assets. As a general partner, Pete personally began purchasing and developing real estate circa 2006 putting together a portfolio of multi-family and mixed-use assets, many of which are still held today and managed under the Rethinc platform.

Pete is an active supporter and board member of the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), where he gets his fix in helping abandoned and unwanted animals find a loving home.  Learn more about PAWS here, and how you can help save a life.  They pay you back tenfold.

a master at turning strangers into friends

Graham applies his broad experience and deep market insights to Rethinc’s brokerage and development divisions. Henry | Top Dog

Henry does not work, but he is so incredibly cute that he can basically do and get away with anything he wants—just look at him! Although born in 2011, Henry looks like a permanent puppy. Despite his desire to cuddle and be around people every waking hour, when the scent of food enters the room, his dark passenger often emerges.

Lyja | Pitty

Lyja brings a wealth of experience chasing squirrels around the neighborhood, sleeping and ignoring everyone’s personal space. In a previous role and as a puppy, Lyja spent time in a city shelter dreaming and masterminding a plan of seducing the perfect human victim. It didn’t take long. While her humble beginnings have taught Lyja to greatly appreciate her relationships and at times proceed cautiously, she is now living the Pit Bull dream and has access to more tennis balls than she knows what to do with.
